1. Eligibility and Information

2. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt and does not itself constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasonable grounds, including unavailable stock, failed payment, suspected fraud, or a material listing error. We will notify you and refund amounts collected for canceled items.

Use decorative products for their intended purposes. Place breakable items securely and follow applicable mounting guidance. Product photographs and descriptions do not imply load-bearing, food-contact, outdoor, or other specialized suitability unless expressly stated.

4. Prices and Payment

Review the checkout currency, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and final total before paying. External bank fees and import charges may apply as explained in our payment and shipping policies.

If a material price error is discovered, we will seek your agreement to a correction or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not charge a higher price without authorization.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellation

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Mandatory remedies for delayed delivery, defective products, and misdescribed goods remain available.

7. Responsibility and Consumer Rights

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, statutory warranties, or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Updates and Disputes

Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to existing orders. Contact us first about a concern so we can attempt a practical resolution. Mandatory local consumer protections and access to competent courts remain unaffected.
